ex sad tummyI woke up today feeling fine. Just fine. Then I ate my breakfast and my stomach started to get rumbly. As the day progressed though, my body got angrier and angrier and I was unable to keep anything I was eating in me. Just ridiculous. It frustrates me because this is one of the days I have boot camp and by 5:30pm, I was feeling weak, dehydrated and my stomach was cramping hard. I am getting tired of feeling off. Of not being able to go to boot camp, whether it’s a cold or this stupid bug thing.

I am sure there are people out there who feel like this. Who have these days. Who don’t want to get off track. So here is what I did:

1. I called my friend Allison and got her perspective. She agreed that I was right to listen to my body.

2. We came up with a plan–workout inside and get a burn without overdoing it, so I did, while watching The Biggest Loser. I did 7 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 jumping jacks and 10 lunges. I did this mainly during commercials, cause I was totally into the show (Go Danni!!).

I am proud of myself for working out anyways. I also plan to do the workout tomorrow, if my trainer can get it to me. I have a goal, you see, I want to be a size 16 by April 30th. But more on that later…
