Back at It!!

ex runningDecided to go back to boot camp today, I wasn’t coughing as much and I felt like I could get through the cardio. Of course I chose a day when Frances is doing the boot camp and had us run lots of laps!! It made me realize that in my off-time I need to practice running more on my own time to get this going for Tough Mudder.

Today we focused on the butt and biceps. Let’s just say my butt is going to feel this for a few days! I am really glad I went and if I still feel well tomorrow then I am going to try out a new gym in my area tomorrow night. We shall see!!
