Fitness Challenge: Day 30

Yesterday was a great day–I went to boot camp in the morning, got all sweaty and had a good time. For food I was on target, I even went home and threw out all the tempting things like pie and snacks that were left over from my sister’s visit last week. Just needed it out of the house.

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with onion and celery. 2 cups of water.

Snack

Skinny vanilla latte, weight watchers salsa chips. 2 cups of water.

Lunch

Turkey, ravioli in a pumpkin parmesan sauce with green beans. 2 cups of water.

Snack

Weight watchers cinnamon roll bar. 2 cups of water.

Dinner

Chicken, broccoli and rice. Skinny cow mint bar. 4 cups of water.

Overall, a great day! I am happy with it.
