Today was my first day at work from vacation and I could blame it on that for the fact that I didn’t exercise today, but I won’t. It’s a whole different level of challenging to spend quality time with your family, work and exercise. I got up this morning and made breakfast for myself and my nephews (and Robert). I then went to work and got home at 7pm, to dinner ready for me. After that it was 8:30pm and honestly didn’t have the inclination to exercise.
Now what I can tell you is that I walked a ton today, did freight–so I pulled heavy boxes off, got sweaty and got my heart rate up. By no means was this exercise, but I wasn’t a sloth in the office!
Breakfast
Half a pancake and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. 2 cups of water.
Snack
Corn pops and 3 tbsp. of hummus. 2 cups of water.
Lunch
Chicken, green beans and potato. 2 cups of water.
Dinner
Chicken, broccoli and mashed potato. 1 glass of wine. 2 cups of water.
Tomorrow–boot camp at 6:30pm!! And I have a plan for the food all day, so I feel confident for tomorrow!
