These last two days have been good!! I am excited to eat a bit more variety of food starting tomorrow 🙂 I am pondering–when do I want to reintroduce coffee? LOL Of course that’s the first thing I think of, right?? I think of that before the sugar! Now that is a telling sign. I am thinking coffee might be a nice once a week treat. And I am thinking of trying it with soy milk instead of real milk to keep with the cleanse trend of limited dairy.
I am also pretty proud of myself for sticking through this cleanse. I was doing this the week before my period. I don’t know if I have expressed this before, but the week leading into my period is filled with killer cravings and very little self control. Well you would have never known it was this week, the way I handled it. Just no cravings, no nothing. It was awesome!! I don’t know if it was the Advocare pills I was taking or if my body got used to the food, but either way, I didn’t just survive, I thrived!
So I don’t plan on going back to eating the way I used to. I already made brown rice for the rest of the week. We will see how the rest goes.
