I have been feeling kind of low the past few days because I haven’t been able to lose weight for the past two weeks. It’s frustrating. What is more frustrating is that I can see my body changing and getting smaller and the scale not reflecting this. So I made the conscious decision not to let it get to me–I went and looked at the pictures from when I first started, over two years ago and felt instantly better. I knew I was on the right path and that I needed to take my own advice, stop obsessing about a stupid number and enjoy who I was becoming.
