After the weight gain yesterday (well probably last week, but the awareness of it yesterday) I was at boot camp for the second time in two days, working hard to sweat out my frustration and get back on track. Today, as we started the workout, one of the trainers, Francis, stopped me and hugged me telling me I was looking so much smaller. She told me she was very proud of me and that I should be feeling good about myself.
It was exactly what I needed! I didn’t even know how I had been feeling about this weight gain until she told me I looked great. That she could see a difference in my body. It was the boost I needed to get me through my week and make me feel better. I would like to thank her for taking the time to hug me, she didn’t have to and her support brightened my day immeasurably.
