The last time I weighed in, I lost enough weight to drop into lower weight bracket. Tomorrow I weigh in for the first time since going home, eating like crazy, drinking heavily, being massively ill and not working out for over a week. Guys I am freaking scared!!! I don’t want to have gained weight and gone up back into the old weight zone. Blargh!!!!
On the good side, I have gotten back to working out–I worked out 4 days in a row last week. But my points haven’t been glorious, but I have never gone through them entirely…
Either way I am going to weigh in, it’s important and I know my WW class will have a great topic to talk about. I am still scared!!! Time to face the music.
I need a technique not to get so wound up about this stuff….
