In an effort to control my sweets eating and to get some moral support, I am joining Weight Watchers today for a month to see how it goes. I already know a lot of the food stuff, but I still almost willing fail at it. I am hoping this will be the accountability piece that has been missing food-wise. I will write more once I start it and get acclimated to it. Let’s hope that it is a good program!!
I am ultimately worried that I will become obsessed with my weight and that it will affect my mood more, but I really do need this accountability piece. So let’s see how it goes!!
