6 Weeks Later…RESULTS

Today was the big day, I went to my boot camp and got weighed and measured. As per normal, my body has done whatever it can to hold onto my body weight. It’s actually ridiculous at this point. I work out four to five days a week, and in six weeks I lost 1.4 pounds. Ha ha ha…fuck you body.

But! The good news, and there is some great news, is that I lost twelve inches off my body over the past six weeks! What is more, is that I lost 3.5 inches off my waist and 3.25 off my low abdomen. Plus, I lost 1.5 inches off my hips–which has been one of the places where I have struggled to lose inches the most since January! This is progress.

Overall I am really happy!! I mean it’s wonderful to see the results with my clothes and to be able to fit into smaller pants that I had saved from a weight loss I had a few years ago.  I will not mince words, I expected a larger weight loss from this, as I have been working out so hard and I have now changed how I eat. I am hoping that with another six weeks, I will see even more results, because I will be sticking to the eating plan the entire time. So I will not get discouraged. I refuse to let it get to me. My body is getting smaller and some day my body will finally release all this weight!! It has to happen!!!!!!

  2. You’re doing fantastic! I totally understand getting discouraged at times when you feel like you’ve done so much then not seeing the results you’d like. Just keep on going and you’ll see the results! 🙂

    • Thanks for the encouragement ladies 🙂 I am not letting this get me does (the lack of weight loss) but if I continue to not lose I might go see a doctor and see if there is anything else going on.
