New Workouts

Bah! This week I started some new workouts, thanks to Jacquie. I needed this because I was bored in my old one. But let me tell you! I have been so sweaty and gross this week! Monday I worked out on the elliptical machine for 40 minutes, alternating between level 4 and 8. I was so gross and exhausted by the end of it. Tuesday was my old workout–running as a warm-up and then squats, lunges, weights with my arms, crunches. Wednesday I tool off because I went to Stacey’s to watch Survivor. Much needed “Christine time”. Today I did running on the treadmill. Only this time I ran slower but for longer. I ran for alternating two minutes, then three then four and lastly five. And because it was at a slightly slower pace, I didn’t feel like I was going to die at minute four or five. And I still wound up feel like a gross, gross mess by the end! I am feeling very accomplished right now 🙂 I am still nervous about my workout with her tomorrow. I think she might destroy me.
