Since my last post I have struggled at getting back to the gym and writing down the food I eat. I haven’t really gained much weight back (about 5 pounds) and have since returned to the gym, but I know I need a kick. I have been in the same position for a while and things are not going in the downward direction I need it to. So I made a decision. After shopping around at various places, I just paid for a personal trainer for the month of January. Tomorrow starts my first day, where we will do fitness test and we will be meeting on a weekly basis to workout, she will read my food journal and give me good ideas for what to eat and for workout schedule.
I have wanted to do this for a while and I am glad I am doing it! I hope next month I can afford it again!! I will keep everyone in the loop as to how my workout goes tomorrow and the changes I will be making to my diet.
