I know the month isn’t up but I thought I would post this. I put in what I eat every day to My Fitness Pal, plus when I exercise. Look at the graph I see I don’t exercise as much as I want to but I have been consistent with my caloric intake. Minus yesterday lol. And today’s is low because I haven’t had dinner, but I also have had strategic food today to counterbalance yesterday. And before people go all nutty on me, when I say that, I mean I actually ate fruit instead of a muffin. And I had eggs for breakfast instead of cereal or another carb.
