Today I was stuck at home due to my car being in the shop. And I got bored. Bored leads to what? Eating!! And I couldn’t get to the gym, as planned either. So I feel lethargic. And I had to fight with myself internally ALL day!! To combat it I:
– read a book
– took a 2 hour bath
– ate chicken and salad for lunch
– had an apple and PB for a snack
– called a lot of friends in the afternoon to keep me mentally stimulated
I feel successful but also kind of internally frustrated. I hate feeling bored/hungry and having to fight with myself internally. I am waiting for the day when my body stops fighting this.
