– I have a thing of walnuts in my food bag for snacks and eat about 10 when I feel snacky
– I eat eggs almost everyday for breakfast!
– I eat 2-3 fruits a day and at least 2 veggies a day, so that’s good!
– I disagree about the weight loss emails, I hate them. A lot.
– I love #4–total recall! I honestly got away from it, but I think it might be the key to eating well. Seriously!!
– And I will now be drinking 2 cups of coffee a day 😉 HELLO STARBUCKS!
