I seem to have gotten away from writing down what I have been eating and then, shockingly enough, what I was eating became filled with more sugar! And fat!! And less water = sad. So to help with this I joined a community called My Fitness Pal on the internet. It literally has every food I eat on there and so I am not wasting my time inputting all this information in and I know exactly what my calorie, fat, protein and carb intake is. It’s very eye-opening!! As well it is available as an app for the iTouch and iPhone and since I

will be getting an iPhone by March 2011, this works for me!
