Writing a post. Cause I am not working out, and we all know why. I am eating mostly healthy cause I actually have the time! So I don’t know what to say, my weight is staying the same, but I feel it getting softer cause I am not running right now. And I am ok with that cause I feel if I did any more I would make myself sick. So August is simply a hiatus until I can get back in the groove in September.
One of my co-workers bought an iPhone the other day and installed an app for recording what you eat. I plan on owning an iPhone soon, and that app and I will become BFF’s!! It’s by Spark People, and they have an online version of this too.
