Things that Make you Go Hmmmmm

I looked through my eating journal yesterday and I realized I have lost about 4 pounds in the last 2 months, a real slow down!! But at the same time I have lost a lot of inches! I am assuming that the fat in my body is turning to muscle and although I am not seeing a lot of progress weight-wise, I will soon, once everything comes together. Once upon a time I would have gotten really depressed over this realization. Instead it just spurrs me on to eat better and work out more!!

Today at the gym I upped my gym intensity!! I increased the level on the elliptical by one level, which helped me burn an extra 10 calories and I ran for almost 5 minutes on the treadmill. I was really feeling the workout so I was running faster, for longer periods of time. I am feeling VERY motivated right now!!

Friday I am going to go to the grocery store and pick up some new Blue Menu products to write about. Lately I have only been having salads, but I love em!! But soon, I will need to diversify.
