I was emotional this morning and knew there was only one thing I could do to take the edge off: go to the gym. I worked out on the bike for 10 minutes and then I moved onto the treadmill to attempt interval training. I did it for 10 minutes! I ran 4 times!! 30 seconds initially, then 2 one minute sessions and the last one was 30 seconds. But I should have done it last cause I was SO tired by the end of that, that when I got on the elliptical machine I was so out of breath and done. So next time: bike, elliptical THEN treadmill. But I was so proud of myself! I did it!!!!
And after yesterday’s great news for Robert and my irritating news, it was nice to start today FRESH!!!
