I bought peanut butter on Saturday. I know it’s high in fat, but when I go to have a snack, or if I am stuck at work for HOURS, I will have it with fruit (apple). And I am in LOVE. I have to measure out the peanut butter, cause I want to eat it ALL.
I am also trying to get inspired to work out. If anyone has any tips on what inspires them to be active, I would love some help in this area.
